How quickly can you schedule documentation?
Most projects can be scheduled within a few business days. For time-sensitive jobs, contact us directly at 330.633.2255 and we’ll do our best to accommodate your timeline.
Do you serve areas outside of Ohio?
Yes. ARS Video documents projects across Ohio, Indiana, Michigan, Pennsylvania, and West Virginia. Contact us for coverage outside those states.
Can you handle multiple jobs at the same time?
Yes. We work with contractors running multiple concurrent projects. Volume pricing is available for contractors who need regular documentation coverage across a season.
What information do I need to request an estimate?
Project location, general scope of work, and your preferred documentation date are enough to get started. We handle the rest.
Is your documentation admissible in court?
Yes. Every file ARS Video delivers is litigation-ready. We maintain a strict chain of custody on all original recordings and embed verified date and time stamps directly into every file.
