Project Description
Resurfacing of E. Walnut Avenue (SR 84) from Liberty Street to approximately 500 feet east of Valley View Drive, and resurfacing of S. State Street (SR 86) from High Tech Avenue to East High Street in the City of Painesville. Work included full-depth pavement repair where required, ADA curb ramp replacements, pavement marking, utility and structure adjustments, and railroad coordination at the Norfolk Southern crossing.
